ANA BOSNJAK
In 2014, I was at rock bottom.
I was unemployed, single, and crashing on my mom’s couch. Life felt like a series of almosts—I’d get close to getting my” break” only to fall short again.
Then, I made a bold move. I traveled to the Sahara Desert, leaving behind distractions and excuses. In the stillness of the dunes, I faced everything I’d been avoiding.
It wasn’t easy or comfortable, but it was highly transformative.
Fast-forward to 2015, and I landed a job at a top SEO/SEM agency, working with e-commerce giants. A year later, I became the Marketing Manager for one of my clients, eventually scaling the business from 27 to 38 million SEK in just one year.
I had it all on paper: a great job, a stunning home, and a seemingly perfect life.
But I was burnt out and constantly lacking time. Success had come at the cost of my health, relationships, and sense of true self.
So, I hit pause. I spent time in the Alps, reconnecting with myself in a quiet mountain village. Later on, I worked with a shaman, and step by step, I began to remember who I was beyond the hustle.
In 2021, I took a significant leap: I left a high-paying job to start my own business. I couldn’t say out loud, “I want to work for myself,” but I went all in.
By 2022, I worked 25-30 hours a week, took two months off, and ran a business without it running me.
That year, I realized something profound…
True success isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing less with intention. It's like the 80/20 rule, but in reverse—80% energy work, mindset, and being and 20% aligned action.
In 2023, I cut back even further. I stopped consulting, paused coaching, and focused on creating long-term impact and simplicity in my life.
Business Zen was born.

The BUSINESS ZEN Way
Business Zen is not just a strategy. It’s a way of being.
-
Success isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing less with intention. Simplify your systems, streamline your focus, and reclaim your time.
-
Your business should work for you—not the other way around. Build a life that supports your values, relationships, and well-being as much as it supports your goals.
-
Complexity breeds stress; clarity breeds power. Cut the noise, prioritize purpose, and make decisions with calm confidence.
-
Time is finite. Spend it on what matters most. Delegate, automate, and eliminate distractions to free yourself for the moments that truly count.
-
Growth doesn’t have to mean more complexity. Scale with intention, ensuring your systems and values remain aligned with your ultimate vision.
-
Leadership isn’t about being everywhere at once. It’s about staying true to your mission, empowering your team, and creating impact without sacrificing your peace of mind.
-
Your energy is your most valuable asset. Cultivate mindfulness, resilience, and calm to navigate challenges from a place of calm and reassurance.
-
Harmony is achievable when every part of your life works together seamlessly. Integrate your personal and professional worlds so they fuel and inspire one another.
-
Build something that matters—not just for today, but for generations to come. This is your legacy.
-
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Lead a life where clarity, freedom, and alignment are not just goals—they are your reality.
